The hotel offered free use of a handy smartphone with wifi, which was very helpful for local and international calls. the location was excellent, close to a shopping mall and various options for dining and entertainment. the staff was friendly and provided quick and easy check, in and check, out procedures.
The in, house internet was unreliable and not suitable for work purposes. the pillows in the room were too thin, causing some discomfort during sleep.

Attentive and responsive service. We had an issue with the lounge entrance, but the staff promptly resolved it and even escorted us to ensure we didn't encounter the problem again. Housekeeping was efficient and our room was clean. the service exceeded our expectations.

The location couldn't be more perfect. It's right in the heart of the Tsim Sha Tsui area, connected to a shopping mall, and within walking distance to the train station and popular attractions like the Avenue of Stars and Star Ferry Terminal. The convenience factor was off the charts.

The bfsat and lounge were excellent, offering a great experience. The club room provided a delicious afternoon tea with tasty scones. The hotel's location was ideal, with many nearby shops and luxury brands. The breakfast spread was impressive. The hotel was conveniently close to TST MTR station, making transportation easy. the hotel provided a vibrant social hub, perfect for those wanting to be in direct touch with the bustling city life.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by great eateries and shopping centers. It was easy to access everything I needed right from this place. The service room was excellent, and all my needs were catered to without any hassle. I especially enjoyed the free Wi-Fi in rooms that kept me connected with my business. The amenities were superb too, and the dining restaurant had some mouth-watering dishes. Moreover, the staff at reception desk were very helpful and made my stay even more comfortable.
